When you contact Kora Studio, you may provide your name, contact details, business name, website, project needs, and notes about what is not working.

If you become a client, project records may include access notes, technical audit findings, invoices, proposals, approvals, and operational history needed to perform the work.

Information is used to reply to inquiries, scope projects, provide services, manage ongoing work, and maintain business records.

Kora Studio does not sell contact information or client project information.

Human email is handled through Google Workspace on builtbykora.com. App-generated email may use mail.builtbykora.com through Resend once the backend is live.

Technical systems may also produce logs needed for security, debugging, abuse prevention, and reliability.

Do not send medical, legal, financial, password, payment, tax, or other sensitive information through the public inquiry form or ordinary email.

Healthcare or PHI-adjacent work requires a proper scope, process, agreement, and compliant tooling before sensitive data is handled. Kora Studio does not intentionally collect patient-submitted medical details through this website.
